he Reverend Dr. Glenn Thomas Carson is president of Disciples of Christ Historical Society.

Glenn has always been interested in history... and how who we were determined who we are. The story of how the Church developed holds a particular fascination. Glenn took two degrees in history and began to see how our faith and our faith-story intertwined. This eventually led him to the Historical Society.

A general ministry of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), the Historical Society is the primary archives and memory of the Stone-Campbell heritage.

While the Historical Society pays attention to the past, it is also looking to the future by preserving the vital materials that explain this branch of Christianity.
